SECURITY EDUCATION COURSES FOR
INTERNAL HP EMPLOYEE PROGRAM
Software Giant Hires ITPG to Conduct Series of Courses for its
Security Trust Developer Staff
VIENNA, Virginia, USA, Feb. 27, 2004 – ITPG, Inc., a global leader in the development and delivery of professional education and training programs, today announced that Hewlett-Packard (www.hp.com) has contracted for services to develop and deliver a series of information security courses for the HP Security Trust Software Developers.
The curriculum for this multi-year effort for HP’s internal software developers and architects will initially consist of a Threats, Hackers, Vulnerabilities and Exploits (THVE) Course and a Vulnerability and Threat Analysis (VATA) Course. More courses may be added in the future. These courses will be delivered in a classroom setting, as well as on-line, by the ITPG Instructor Corps to HP employees located around the world.
