Global Information Security Certification Body Awards 5-Year
Extension to ITPG for Education and Certification Services

VIENNA, Virginia, USA, Feb. 23, 2007 – ITPG, Inc., a global leader in the development and delivery of world-class professional education and certification programs, today announced that [(ISC)²®] (“(ISC)² squared” - www.isc2.org) awarded ITPG a five-year contract to continue delivering the (ISC)² information security education programs, as well as to continue marketing and selling the (ISC)² education and examination components of the six (ISC)² certification programs.

ITPG delivers approximately 500 multi-day (ISC)² CBK® Review Seminars, courses based on a taxonomy of information security topics, in 40-plus countries annually in support of the (ISC)² credentialing process. The (ISC)² CBK Review Seminars include the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®), the Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP®), the Certification and Accreditation Professional (CAPCM), the CISSP-Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP®), the CISSP-Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP®), and the CISSP-Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP®). The 75+ member ITPG Instructor Corps is responsible for delivering the (ISC)² CBK Review Seminars globally on behalf of (ISC)².
