ITPG is an award-winning provider of world-class professional education and certification programs for organizations throughout the world. Founded in 1998, ITPG is headquartered in Vienna, Virginia with offices in Hong Kong, London and Tokyo. Since 2001, ITPG has managed the education and certification programs of the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, the global non-profit leader in educating and certifying information security professionals and the certifying body for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional, considered the “gold standard” in the field.
ITPG is responsible for (ISC)2’s student registration and administration, course scheduling and logistics, student database management, course development, instructor management and event management. Utilizing an impressive list of subject matter experts to develop curriculum on a variety of topics and maintaining a highly professional instructor corps, ITPG has delivered (ISC)2 curriculum to some of the world’s leading government agencies and businesses. These include various agencies in the U.S. federal government, including the Department of Defense, Department of Commerce and Department of the Interior, as well as other government entities worldwide such as the Malaysian Cyber Security Agency; and major corporations with international operations such as Microsoft, Cisco Systems and Deloitte, as well as NTT Communications in Tokyo. ITPG has developed and currently manages more than 75 corporate affiliates who sell (ISC)2 services around the world. ITPG staff speak fluent Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Portuguese, Farsi, and Korean.
As the education arm of (ISC)2, ITPG has played a key role in the dramatic growth of one of the most respected and fastest-growing professional organizations in the technology field. Since ITPG took responsibility for (ISC)2’s education and certification programs five years ago, (ISC)2 has grown from 3,500 to 50,000 members worldwide, increased student education from 1000 students to 7,000 annually, increased exam candidates from 2,000 to 16,000 annually, and now conducts education seminars in 500 venues in 40 different countries. The non-profit (ISC)2’s revenues have increased correspondingly from $4 million to more than $23 million annually.
ITPG has gained industry recognition for its efforts by winning back-to-back awards from SC Magazine at the RSA Conference in 2006 and 2007 on behalf of (ISC)2 in the “Best Professional Training Program” category.
ITPG provides similar education and certification services to both professional associations and private companies, including Hewlett Packard, PatchLink, CellTrust, and the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).
Its partnership with BCI, a global business continuity management association, includes the development and administration of the Associate Business Continuity Institute (ABCI) certification program, which consists of a certification examination and an e-learning education component, based upon the BCI Good Practice Guidelines (GPG).

Education and Certification Programs
With offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Japan, ITPG can manage the entire process of professional education and certification programs, and with its partner Schroeder Measurement Technologies, also manage exam development and administration. Delivering more than 500 multi-day courses every year on behalf of its clients, ITPG offers a variety of learning delivery methods, from educational materials for self-study to e-learning courses to instructor-led review seminars to a combination of learning methods. The company can also conduct all the marketing of educational courses, materials and examinations as well spearhead the formation of strategic partnerships to further a program.Awareness Programs
With its extensive expertise in the security field and a wide range of knowledgeable instructors, ITPG can offer companies and other organizations both end-user and customer security awareness programs. As recent studies, as well news headlines, have demonstrated the importance of employees understanding security policies, ITPG can develop and manage an awareness program that matches the needs of the organization. It can also develop engaging e-learning tools to educate customers on security best practices as well. Both types of programs can reduce breaches, protect privacy and reduce the possibility of investor or customer lawsuits. ITPG can offer awareness programs in other areas as required.Event Management
Producing more than 35 seminars and conferences annually, ITPG Events can develop and manage seminars and conferences around the world on a variety of topics. The ITPG division partners with clients to provide content development, speaker management, attendee registration, and scheduling for seminars, conferences, annual meetings, etc. ITPG also offers professional development events for IT staff and executives to increase the understanding of necessary business skills.
Association Member Management
With a history of producing dramatic growth in annual association membership and revenue, ITPG can target, attract and attain new members for an association as well as market its products and services to help associations build revenue.
