Keyvan Ejtemai

President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Keyvan Ejtemai founded ITPG in 1998 with the vision of a world-class organization capable of providing professional information technology education, certification and consulting services. For 15 years, Ejtemai has been an entrepreneur and pioneer in the information technology profession serving governments and businesses on a global scale, with a special emphasis on professional education and certification programs.
Prior to founding ITPG, Ejtemai was a senior systems engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he was responsible for managing technical projects, including local area network configurations and implementations, application development and testing, pre-sales engineering and technical support.
Before joining Lockheed Martin, Ejtemai held management positions in university settings, including Strayer College as a certified instructor, where he created classroom curricula and materials, as well as taught information technology courses on architecture, configuration and implementation. Later, he worked at Towson State University as the IT manager for the university’s Computer Research Lab, supervising the procurement and installation of computers and peripherals and training students on hardware and software.
Ejtemai holds a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences from Towson State University and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He is also currently a member of the CellTrust corporation board of directors.
Marc G. Thompson
Executive Vice President

Marc Thompson serves as executive vice president of ITPG where he oversees the $10 million education and training business for ITPG’s largest customer, (ISC)2, the global non-profit leader in educating and certifying information security professionals. He joined ITPG in 2001, bringing with him more than 14 years of executive level sales and marketing experience, including several years focused in the information technology training arena.
Prior to joining ITPG, Thompson held senior management roles at technology companies such as TimeBridge Technologies and Delta Microsystems. He also served as founding executive of Potomac College and created two technology radio shows: “Tech-Talk” on ABC Radio and “The Computer Tutor” on CBS Radio.
As vice president of business development at TimeBridge Technologies, Thompson generated more than $15 million in sales in 2000, which attracted the attention of technology-giant Dimension Data, which purchased TimeBridge after presenting an unsolicited $140 million offer in cash.
Preceding his employment at TimeBridge, Thompson served as executive vice president at Delta Microsystems, where he was responsible for product development, marketing and sales strategy. In two years, he grew the company’s annual revenues from $200,000 to more than $3.4 million by selling IT certification training.
Thompson received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Georgetown University.
Claude L. Williams, CISSP-ISSMP
Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations

With more than 13 years of experience in information technology, information security and certification education serving governments and businesses around the world, Claude Williams brings a wealth of technical and marketing experience to ITPG, where he serves as vice president of sales and marketing operations. Since joining ITPG in 2004, Williams has managed the company’s global sales, marketing and customer delivery operations.
Prior to joining ITPG, Williams was director of technical programs for the Microsoft Consulting Practice at Abacus Technology Corporation where he was in charge of coordination, management and oversight of enterprise services projects, as well as program quality assurance and process improvement.
He has also held positions at Davison Associates, as a senior systems analyst, and Aspen Systems, as a network analyst.
Williams received his bachelor’s degree in computer management information systems from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in information assurance from Peirce College. He holds several technical and management credentials, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional credential with a concentration in management (CISSP-ISSMP) from (ISC)2.
Dow A. Williamson,
CISSP
Vice President of Corporate Development

Dow Williamson joined ITPG as vice president of corporate development in 2006 where is responsible for developing new products, customers and partners for ITPG’s professional education and certification programs. Williamson brings more than 20 years of experience in information security, education and certification, and information technology for governments and businesses worldwide.
Prior to joining ITPG, Williamson served as director of corporate development at (ISC)2 where he was responsible for all aspects of global business development, product development and market development for the $20 million-plus non-profit consortium.
Preceding his employment at (ISC)2, Williamson was vice president of marketing at Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc. where he crafted and executed global marketing and business development strategy, negotiated strategic business alliances and partnerships, and directed international sales efforts and reseller relationships.
Previously, Williamson held senior management positions at RSA Security, Inc. and Sun Microsystems, Inc., and was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Department of Defense, serving in numerous capacities.
Williamson holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science/mathematics from Norwich University, a master’s of science in space operations from the University of North Dakota, and a master’s of business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also holds the CISSP credential.
