It has been our experience that residential contact information is more constant than business contact information because of the mobility of professionals through their careers. Your Rights
ITPG is an education and certification organization and maintains information on those who have taken education classes; possess its certifications; or have expressed an interest in them. If you would like to see the information ITPG retains about you or would like to be removed from the ITPG database, please write to us at the address below. Be aware that if you possess any ITPG certification and request to be removed from its database, you will correspondingly lose your certification. In those cases when you want ITPG to provide a copy of the information held on you, ITPG may require the payment of an administration fee of $50. Additionally and upon your written request, ITPG will update/correct personal information previously submitted which you believe to be inaccurate.

Opt-Out
ITPG is an education and certification organization and, as such, must maintain contact information on its students and members to communicate relational or transactional information. ITPG also sends promotional material promoting its conferences, education opportunities, or other offerings. From time to time, ITPG collaborates with other security organizations and companies to promote other programs that may be of interest to information security professionals and ITPG students and members. In such cases, ITPG does not provide these organizations with any mailing information or otherwise disclose any contact information but distributes the organization's information on its behalf to those who have elected to receive such information. If, at any time, you do not wish to receive marketing material, every marketing e-mail will include an opt-out link at the bottom, or you may notify ITPG in writing at the address below.

Third Parties
Occasionally, ITPG outsources administration and other functions to contractors. In such cases, ITPG may provide these third parties with contact information for the sole purpose of performing ITPG-sanctioned tasks under the supervision of ITPG employees. These contractual relationships specifically address the manner in which they may use contact information and that they may not copy or disseminate that information or use it for any purpose other than that specified in the contract. What is a "Cookie"?
